I do not know if you have read or not but! Flatland is on my top 10 list for sure! and there for should be read at you earliest convenience. It is like 10 pages long so you can read it in no time (or space;) ). so if you have not go to amazon.com and buy it now!

there has been a follow up written to encompass all of the theoretical physics since the time of Abbott 1884 or so called Flatterland a good follow up not quite as funny but much more in-depth as far as WAY more dimensional theories. Prolly not for th faint of heart and most of yous may think it boring! Never the less get it too amazon.com
