Hello,
I am looking at the nutritional info on they PB & caramel ****** bar and I am wondering how it can say "no trans fat" and contain partially hydrogenated oils? Please let me know and thank you.

Gill,
Thank you for your *******! inquiry. Per FDA guidelines, an item is classified as containing "no trans fat" when the amount is less than .5g. The large PB Caramel *******! bar contains only .037g trans fat per bar. This means you'd have to eat 27 large PB Caramel OhYeah! bars to equal 1 gram of trans fat. For the smaller **** **** ** **** bar, you'd have to eat 54 bars to accumulate 1 gram of trans fat. Clearly, if you are consuming that many protein bars in a sitting or a day, the 1 gram of trans fat should be the least of your concerns. I hope this helps to put things into perspective. Let me know if you have additional questions. I'd be glad to help.
Best regards,
